CAD Solid & Surface Modeling

Utilizing SolidWorks software we can rapidly develop accurate CAD models that communicate design concepts to our clients while establishing the precise design content required for fabrication.  Integrated into SolidWorks, SurfaceWorks gives us the capability to provide advanced surfacing of complex free-form shapes in support of highly styled industrial design features.

Rapid Prototyping & CAM

For prototyping our SolidWorks CAD model provides the data to generate parts or tooling through the CAD/CAM link to our closely affiliated network of quality vendors for stereolithography, CNC milling, sheetmetal, and modelmaking.

In the production phase, to completely and effectively convey the design intent we establish a Critical-To-Function document which accompanies the data and defines the standard process tolerances, exceptions to these tolerances, critical features and finishing specifications.

Production Documentation

We provide detailed as-tooled drawings of fabricated components to ANSI or ISO standards and industry acceptable process tolerances.  For 2D CAD we supply parametrically linked SolidWorks drawings or AutoCad DWG databases.  We can export files in the DXF file format.
